Guided Meditation 1 - Earth Element

Welcome to the first guided meditation of the programme. Here is what you can expect:


This course is aimed towards those who may not have much experience meditating, so I have designed all of meditations to have a similar structure and process. This way, you will become more comfortable and used to the basic techniques required, and you should see a great improvement in your meditation skills by the end of the programme.


You will first be encouraged to relax and ground at the beginning of each meditation. This is an important process in order to make the best of the meditations, and also a useful skill to have as you go about your everyday life.


Each meditation will bring you on a short journey. The first meditation of each of the elements is to connect with the essence of the element, and the second is to use the characteristics of the element to resolve a block or situation in your life.


After each meditation, you are encouraged to drink a glass of water, or have a cup of tea, to help reconnect with your physical body. At the very least, take a moment after each one before carrying on with your day, as you will be going from a state of deep rest. If you are listening to these at night, before you sleep, the above is not necessary.
